WEIGHT LOSS: The How To Guide Part I

Thank you all for posting your New Year’s Resolutions! I see that many of you have written that you would like to lose weight as your New Year goal and get healthier so here’s a bit of advice.

A good way to start is to keep a food journal and note down what you’re eating every day and then ask yourself what you could replace with healthier foods or what you could cut out completely.

My silly mistake in years past was choosing nasty food products labeled ‘Diet’, ‘Low Fat’, ‘Sugar Free’. These products are NOT healthy they are man-made processed in a lab – they will NOT make you lose weight. In fact, if the ingredients read like the back of your child or grandchild’s Crayola pencil box (e.g Color E-42PS) can you really call it a ‘food’? A simple, fool proof tip is to make sure you eat food that is unprocessed and as close to nature as possible.
