Love Shake to Get YOU in the Mood

Happy Valentine’s to you lovely ladies out there! I hope your day is going well and you’re in a cheerful mood.
My day is above average… no sign of any mad gestures of love from my partner (which I was expecting) BUT he did get me a Valentine’s card, well sort of, apparently he has not been written in yet due to lack of time (romantic!)… and he did make a half hearted offer to make dinner if “I wanted him to something like that” (reaaally romantic!).

Men are a funny breed… can’t live with them… and could possibly without them sometimes! Now let me leave you with a delicious NATUREBEE Love Shake recipe to get YOU in the mood…

According to Dr Morton Walker, author of Sexual Nutrition, there are a variety of nutrients found in food that can and do contribute to heightened sexual activity. The most common being fish (in ancient times, priests were forbidden to eat it), oysters, lobster, crab, truffles (high in protein & phosphorous), eggs (Vitamin A helps production of sex hormones), lecithin (promotes secretion of sex hormones) royal jelly and honey (therapeutically beneficial in treating impotence and frigidity). However, by far the most sexually nutritious and complete food in existence is Bee pollen. So here you go ladies, here’s your love cocktail…

1 cup whole milk
4 x NATUREBEE capsules (sprinkle in)
1 Banana
1 Apple (aphrodisiac)
1 cup of flavoured yoghurt
4 Strawberries

In a blender, combine the milk, pollen (just open the capsules and sprinkle the contents) and banana; process for 20 seconds. Add the flavoured yoghurt and strawberries and process for another 20 seconds. Makes 2 cups.

About the author
New Zealand based Nature Bee was born in 1997 when Jeff and Ben Cook joined forces. The father / son team discovered a special process developed by Canterbury University, still considered to be ground breaking today, that unlocks the nutrients of bee pollen, making it far more digestible than normal bee pollen. This proprietary process was later to be named the ‘potentiation process' and is continually used only by Nature Bee on their New Zealand bee pollen. Nature Bee is now available in almost every country in the world.
